All products are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship and arrive in full operational condition for a period of 30 days from the date of consumer purchase. In all cases, ScreenItAgain reserves the right to request a customer return product, at our expense, to inspect the product to determine the nature of the defect.
Products covered by this warranty: window screens and sliding door screens.
This warranty is only applicable in the USA (fifty states, plus the District of Columbia).
All of our custom configured products are built to order! For that reason, ScreenItAgain, we will accept returns in only two situations:
1. Product received was not as you ordered
2. Product was damaged in transit
Consumer request must be received via email or in writing within 30 days of receipt clearly stating the reason for the return request. If return request is approved, Return Authorization (RA) drafted and sent to consumer.
A prepaid freight label will be sent with the RA to the consumer. Product must be returned in original packaging with RA.
Upon product inspection, if product was not shipped as ordered or is deemed to have been damaged in transit, ScreenItAgain will either ship a replacement product free of charge or issue a refund for the full order amount plus shipping.
